You will be responsible for the efficient running of the division in line with Luxary Hotel International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
Administer the sales program of the hotel, Implements all sales action plans related to the Beijing market (by) as outlined in the Marketing plan; Actively participates in achieving the departmental goals, which contribute to the Marketing budget. Closely monitors accounts revenue and business production for Corporate / Embassy/ Government / FIT / Meetings/Events accounts. Plans sales trips, under the direct approval of Assistant Director of Sales, Director of Sales or Director of Marketing to major market areas, calling on accounts within the specific market areas. The Sales Manager reports to the Assistant Director of Sales / Director of Sales on potential markets, which need coverage. Maintains close communication with the Events Management Team in the negotiation process of their accounts

With a university degree or diploma in Hospitality/Human Resources management.
Minimum 5 years work experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury hotel operations.
English is required.
Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
